DSA Felicitates Shri Passang Sherpa of Tharpu

Painter Passang Sherpa, a distinguished artist hailing from Tharpu in South Sikkim. Passang Sherpa has emerged as a prominent figure in the art scene, showcasing his talent and dedication to preserving and promoting Folk Art and Culture in the region.
