Mr. Tashi Gyatso Lepcha, a Sherpa Language Primary Teacher from Temi Secondary School was felicitated by the Denzong Sherpa Association on its annual Losar Fest programme at Gumbadara, Uttarey, West Sikkim on 18th March, 2021.

He has been awarded for his commendable efforts and dedication towards preserving and promoting the Sherpa language, especially during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic. His commitment to reaching every household and teaching Sherpa language, even in remote villages, is truly exemplary.
